While we do offer our own CowboyIPTV app, you are not required to use that specific app. Tivimate is by far the most popular and customizable app for Android powered devices like Fire Sticks and Android boxes. If you are using an apple device, one of the best available apps is UHF, but there are other great options available as well, such as iPlay and IPTVX.
When using the CowboyIPTV app, you only need to enter your username and password because all other settings are built directly into the app like DNS settings.
If you are using a third party app such as the ones we mentioned above, you will need to enter in our service URL along with your username and password. All this information is available in your welcome email as well as I'm your online account under "My Services" at http://cowboyiptv.net/billing
